To view play animations in the stadiums, you also need to install and run a local webserver. This will provide the quicktime files at an HTTP address that Unreal Engine can access.
This is a folder of sample animations for every screen in every stadium. You can download it and put it in a directory on your local machine. If you run the webserver and point it to this directory, it will play the animation.
